1 bag of Great American Pancake Mix of your choice
1 stick cold butter
1 cup milk of your choice (Milk, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk)
½ cup optional additions nuts, craisins, raisins or any dries fruit

Empty contents of mix into medium bowl

With pastry blender, cut butter into mix until mixture resembles course meal.

Add milk, stir with fork until dough starts to come together. Turn dough on to lightly floured surface.

Gently knead to finish dough. Do not over knead. This will result in tough scones.

Pat dough into square, about an inch thick. Slice dough into squares. Cut squares in half, diagonally to make triangles. Carefully transfer scones to parchment lined sheet pan.

Bake at 425 degrees for 14-18 minuets, or until golden brown.
