Maple Apple Crisp

Yields12 Servings

 6 cups baking apples (peeled and sliced)
 ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 ½ cups brown sugar
 1 cup flour
 1 cup plus 1 tbsp butter
 1 ½ cups oatmeal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 tbsp butter in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Lay apples in pan. Drizzle Maple Syrup and cinnamon over apples. In small bowl mix; brown sugar, flour, butter and oatmeal. Cover apples with oatmeal mixture. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
