Banana Bread

Banana Bread

Yields16 Servings
 1 cup brown sugar
 ¾ cup Pure Maple Syrup
 1 cup Natural unsweetened apple sauce
 4 eggs, beaten
 4 cups all-purpose flour
 ½ tsp salt
 2 tsp ground cinnamon
 7 very ripe bananas, mashed
 2 tsp baking soda
 ¼ cup water
 1 cup chopped, unseasoned pecans or walnuts
1

grease bundt pan, set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar,Maple Syrup and apple sauce; add eggs and mix well. In separate bowl, mash bananas and add water. Sift flour, salt and baking soda together.
Alternately add and mix the flour mixture and then the banana mixture in partial amounts to the egg mixture. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn out bread from pan, cool on cake rack before serving.
