1 banana cut into chunks
¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
½ cup vanilla ice milk or frozen yogurt
1 orange, peeled and cut into sections
6 oz vanilla yogurt

Mix all ingredients in blender for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
